Lost Planet 2 going multiplatform?

Lost Planet 2 might not be exclusive to XBOX360 as earlier thought it could be hitting PS3 and PC.
When asked by GameDaily whether the game would be exclusive to the 360, Takeuchi's response was simply "We are currently investigating other platforms." This definitely sounds like either it'll be a timed exclusive or Capcom wants MS to dish out more money to make it an exclusive. Hopefully we'll know more on this soon.

Bioshock vs Resistance 2

This is a comparison of Resistance 2 vs. Bioshock on the PS3 both getting high average review scores on Metacritic. I am only going to be comparing the single player campaigns of both games.

Resistance 2 is a game that puts you in a war zone where you have to fight an alien intruder the Chimera and getting rid of bosses that are larger than life. It is like a Sci-fi version of Battlefield: Bad Company or other such war games. On the other hand, Bioshock has you in an underwater world called Rapture where you use all sorts of weapons and powers to fight your way through it.

Graphics:
Here i my opinion Resistance 2 is definitely shines ahead of Bioshock. Keep in mind that Bioshock is a port of a game released a year ago on the XBOX. But the graphics of Bioshock definitely don't look bad and hold up quite well even to today's standards.

Gameplay:
The gameplay of Resistance is like most shooters you've got you guns, bigger guns and explosives to take on your enemies while in Bioshock you get a larger variety of weapons and you also get a lot of powers like telekinesis, electric bolt, freeze etc. which you find and upgrade throughout the game. These powers can be used anytime and gives players a lot of variety on how they can fight there way through this city.
There are very apparent drops in the framerate in Bioshock which we've become quite accustomed to in games that are ported from the XBOX or PC. On the other hand Resistance 2 runs very smoothly ant the graphics definitely shine in comparison.
Both games have there charm and are very different in the way they play so I'm going to say this round is a tie.

Story:
Bioshock has a deep story and is very well tied in with the game and makes you want more. The story of Resistance 2 is quite weak but still good enough to keep you interested in the game until the next big battle cause that's where the real fun lies. This round goes to Bioshock hands down.
Overall:
After playing through both of them i found them both to be excellent shooters in their own right but very different. Resistance 2 is a perfect if you're looking for a game that is more like a traditional shooter with some sci-fi elements added into it. Bioshock is definitely a better choice if you're into survival horror shooters like Resident Evil.
